Hi Katherine! I was fortunate to attend your workshop at DE's Conference on Volunteerism.
However, I wasn't able to receive the information handed out, and when I went to download it from here, Salesforce informed me the data was unavailable.
Could you host it somewhere else, or re-post it onto Salesforce? Thanks!
